One of the things that I see more people for than anything else is health worries and anxiety.
It doesn't matter if you are healthy or not, you can still suffer from health worries and anxiety can get on top of you.
With all of the unknowns around the Coronavirus Covid -19 I am already seeing people who are losing sleep with worry about what could happen.
Alongside all of the excellent advice that we are being given it is always useful to take some time out to relax. It isn't as easy as you may think to do this for yourself so here is a short hypnosis meditation that you can listen to to help you switch off for a few moments and let go. It really helps to bring your stress levels down just to take a few moments for yourself.
