How to Remember the reason you went into a room!

You know that feeling where you walk out of one room into another to get something and then as you enter the new room..your mind goes blank!?

Why do we forget what we went into a room for? It's known as the boundary effect and comes from the way that we put things in our brains into boxes. So, we have thoughts in one room, that we almost reset when we enter another room.

This video shows you how to walk into a room to get something and remember what it was. It's just a simple way that you visualise exactly what you want and then lock it into your mind.
